Compensation and Benefits

• $17.00-$25.00 per hour based on experience

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance, seasonal tune-ups, equipment inspections, and system performance evaluations on residential heating and cooling equipment
• Assist with troubleshooting equipment, identifying potential repair needs, and learning proper diagnostic procedures while building your technical skills
• Inspect furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, thermostats, and other residential comfort systems
• Complete maintenance checklists and replace common maintenance components
• Maintain accurate service documentation
• Ensure customers receive professional, courteous service during every visit
• Continue developing diagnostic abilities while learning company procedures, safety standards, and best practices that prepare you for advancement into a full-time service technician role

Qualifications

• Motivated individuals ready to build a career in the HVAC industry
• Previous residential service experience not required
• HVAC trade school education, apprenticeship experience, facilities maintenance, construction, mechanical repair, building maintenance, or other skilled trade backgrounds encouraged
• Mechanically inclined, dependable, eager to learn, and comfortable working directly with homeowners
• Basic knowledge of heating and cooling systems, hand and power tools, and mechanical troubleshooting beneficial
• EPA Certification is a plus but not required (may be obtained through company-supported training)
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Professionalism, reliability, strong communication skills, and a positive, team-oriented attitude
