Residential HVAC Maintenance Technician

As a Residential HVAC Maintenance Technician, you'll run residential maintenance calls, diagnose, repair, educate the homeowner, and keep systems running safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems (heat, AC, controls)
- Perform preventive maintenance and system inspections
- Provide clear options and recommendations to homeowners
- Document work and updates in ServiceTitan (preferred; training provided)
- Maintain clean, safe work practices and a professional customer experience
Requirements
- 3 or more years of residential HVAC maintenance experience (or a mix of residential + light commercial with strong residential troubleshooting skills)
- Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record (per company policy/insurer requirements)
- Employment is contingent on passing a background check consistent with applicable law
- Strong communication and "white glove" mindset in occupied homes
- Comfort with tablets/software (preferred)
Pay & Benefits
Full-time W-2 employee. Pay: $35 to $50 per hour (5 or more years + advanced certs/diagnostic strength). Final offer based on experience and certifications.
