We're seeking a technician who already has some hands-on residential HVAC maintenance experience and can independently perform preventative maintenance visits. This role is best suited for someone with a strong maintenance background who is looking to continue developing their technical skills before transitioning into a more senior HVAC role. What You'll Do Perform seasonal maintenance on residential heating and cooling systemsConduct thorough system inspections and identify potential concerns before they become major repairsComplete maintenance checklists accurately and efficientlyEducate homeowners about system performance, efficiency, and recommended solutionsIdentify repair opportunities and communicate findings clearly to customersMaintain a clean, professional appearance and work areaFollow all company safety standards and industry best practicesDeliver exceptional customer service on every visit What You'll Bring 1-2 years of residential HVAC maintenance experienceAbility to independently complete preventative maintenance visitsFamiliarity with gas furnaces, air conditioning systems, heat pumps, and standard HVAC equipmentEPA Certification preferredActive New Hampshire Gas Fitter License or Gas Trainee Card with licensing requirements.
