Residential HVAC Installer - HVAC Installation Technician

About the role

Responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential properties. This includes diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and ensuring compliance with local building codes.

Responsibilities

• Install new HVAC systems in residential homes
• Diagnose and repair existing HVAC systems
• Perform routine maintenance checks
• Ensure all work adheres to safety and regulatory standards
• Communicate effectively with clients and other tradespeople

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Experience in HVAC installation and maintenance
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
