Glass Doctor of North Texas is hiring a Residential Glazier who's part craftsman, part closer. Key responsibilities include visiting homes to measure windows, doors, and custom glass, delivering on-the-spot quotes, upselling upgrades, and building trust to secure lifetime customers and referrals.

Responsibilities

• Visit homes to measure windows, doors, and custom glass (e.g., shower enclosures, mirrors, tabletops)
• Deliver on-the-spot quotes and walk customers through their options
• Upsell upgrades and additional services when appropriate
• Closing deals and documenting jobs with before/after photos
• Build trust to turn one job into a lifetime customer and a stream of referrals

Requirements

• 2+ years of residential glazing or related trade experience
• A tape measure you trust and a habit of double-checking
• The confidence to talk to homeowners like people, not prospects
• A sales instinct to suggest upgrades without being pushy
• A clean driving record and valid license
• A professional appearance and genuine desire to grow

Qualifications

• Experience with quoting software or mobile estimating tools is a bonus

Pay

Total earning potential: $90,000–$120,000+
