About the role
The Residential Generator Technician is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing residential generators to ensure customer satisfaction and safety.
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair residential generators
- Diagnose and resolve generator issues
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and concerns
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- At least 1 year of related experience in electrical work
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Qualifications
- Experience with residential generator systems
- Knowledge of electrical codes and safety standards
- Strong problem-solving skills
