About the location

Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts is a global, luxury hotel management company managing over 130 hotels and resorts and 50 private residences in 47 countries. This position is based at the upcoming Four Seasons Private Residences Las Vegas, located within the prestigious MacDonald Highlands gated community in Henderson, Nevada.

The development offers 192 residences, including 171 luxury condominiums across two towers and 21 standalone homes in Phase 1, with Phase 2 adding 35 luxury condominiums and 16 standalone homes. Designed by WATG and Wimberly Interiors, the residences feature private elevator access, floor-to-ceiling views, indoor-outdoor living spaces, premium finishes, and smart-home technology. Residents enjoy Four Seasons-inspired services such as 24-hour concierge, valet, security, a gourmet restaurant, resort-style pools, fitness and wellness facilities, spa services, and access to the exclusive Dragon Ridge Country Club.

About The Role

The Residential General Manager will oversee the day-to-day operational aspects of the residential business, serving as an advocate for homeowners and governing bodies. This role focuses on property management, financial management, asset management, HOA management, service & lifestyle, and people leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Drive leadership and management for all aspects of the residential operation.
  • Monitor the development and implementation of residential brand strategies to ensure flawless execution.
  • Develop and implement property-wide initiatives that enhance owner engagement while aligning with governing agreements.
  • Act as the liaison between the developer, homeowners, and third-party restaurant operators to foster positive relationships.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 15 years of progressive leadership experience in luxury hospitality or real estate management, currently serving as a Hotel Manager, Director of Operations, or Director of Residences.
  • Professional proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Hospitality, Real Estate Management, Business, or Finance.
  • Professional property management certification (e.g., IREM or CAI) preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of Forbes Five-Star and LQA product and service standards, with a strong track record in delivering world-class luxury experiences.
  • Proven ability to inspire, mentor, and develop high-performing teams while fostering a culture of integrity, collaboration, and excellence.
  • Ability to work closely with stakeholders, including homeowner associations, boards, developers, and the Four Seasons team, to achieve shared goals.

Schedule

Full-time. The hospitality business operates seven days a week, 24 hours a day, and scheduled days and times may vary based on need.
