Residential Faculty Operations and Data Analytics – School of Business

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

• Teach material from the approved curriculum in accordance with an assigned schedule to ensure student satisfaction.
• Aid students in achieving the completion of objectives and learning outcomes.
• Provide regular and timely feedback to students.
• Participate in school retention initiatives by maintaining productive contact with students and by getting in touch with and helping absent students.
• Advising students in matters related to academics, attendance, and behaviors.
• Motivate students to participate in all aspects of the educational process actively.
• Maintain and report student grades and attendance in accordance with university policies.
• Maintain university standards regarding course activity, emails, grading, and communication with residential chair and students.

Qualifications, Credentials, And Competencies

• A Doctorate or PhD in Business Analytics or a related field.
• A master’s degree with 18 graduate hours in Business Analytics or a related field for those teaching at the undergraduate level.
• Additional related fields considered: Data Science, Data Analytics.

Pay Range

$72,000.00 - $115,000.00
