Responsibilities
- Arrive on time and maintain consistent daily attendance
- Deliver excellent communication and customer service during each interaction
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, install, and repair electrical components in homes and businesses
- Communicate effectively with our in-office management team to report diagnostic findings, provide updates, and coordinate next steps for repairs or replacements
- Manage inventory of tools and materials in the company vehicle to ensure high first-time complete rates
- Collaborate with dispatchers for efficient scheduling and timely communication with customers
- Document work completed, including photos and summaries, via service software
Qualifications
- 3+ years of consistent electrical experience
- Working knowledge of local and National Electrical Code
- Strong diagnostic skills and the ability to clearly explain technical issues to both homeowners and our internal office team
- Must have basic hand and power tools
- Maintain a valid and clean driver's license
- English-speaking preferred
Pay
$18 - $25 per hour + Performance & Year-End Bonuses
