Mister Sparky of the Sandhills is hiring Residential Service Electricians to join a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment in Moore County, NC. Responsibilities

• Install, test, repair, and maintain residential and light‑commercial electrical systems.
• Diagnose problems using tools, technology, and expertise.
• Read blueprints and specifications to create efficient, code‑compliant layouts.
• Recommend smart electrical solutions to customers.
• Conduct system inspections and ensure each job site is left spotless.
• Communicate clearly with homeowners, avoiding jargon.
• Keep truck and tools clean, organized, and ready for action.
• Use digital tools (pricing guides, tablets, estimate software) to complete jobs quickly and accurately.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in residential electrical service.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong communication and customer‑service skills; ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
• Comfort with using or learning apps, tablets, and other digital tools.
• Solid understanding of the NEC, safety codes, and industry best practices.
• Own trade tools and a “can‑do” mindset.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Physical ability to work on ladders, in tight spaces, and on feet; lift up to 25 lb; good vision for detail work.
• Willingness to work occasional evenings or weekends if needed.

Pay

$25‑$35 per hour plus incentives.
