About the role

We are looking for an experienced Residential Electrical Technician to join our residential electrical team. This full-time position is ideal for a dedicated professional who excels at troubleshooting and rapid diagnostics. You will be the face of our company to homeowners, diagnosing electrical failures—from interior wiring and panel issues to exhaust fans and lighting fixtures.

Responsibilities

  • Arrive on time and maintain consistent daily attendance
  • Deliver excellent communication and customer service during each interaction
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, install, and repair electrical components in homes and businesses
  • Communicate effectively with our in-office management team to report diagnostic findings, provide updates, and coordinate next steps for repairs or replacements
  • Manage inventory of tools and materials in the company vehicle to ensure high first-time complete rates
  • Collaborate with dispatchers for efficient scheduling and timely communication with customers
  • Document work completed, including photos and summaries, via service software

Requirements

  • 3+ years of consistent electrical experience
  • Working knowledge of local and National Electrical Code
  • Strong diagnostic skills and the ability to clearly explain technical issues to both homeowners and our internal office team
  • Must have basic hand and power tools
  • Maintain a valid and clean driver’s license
  • English-speaking preferred

Pay

$18 - $25 per hour + Performance & Year-End Bonuses

Schedule

  • Monday - Friday, Full-Time
  • Availability for occasional weekends and overtime required
