Quick-hire opportunity for an experienced Residential Electrical Foreman to lead multifamily electrical operations in the Charlotte, NC area. This is an immediate opening for a motivated leader who can manage field teams, oversee projects, and ensure high-quality workmanship and safety compliance.

About the role

As a Multifamily Residential Electrical Foreman, you will oversee day-to-day electrical operations, lead electricians in the field, manage project timelines, and ensure compliance with all safety and code requirements. You will play a key role in delivering successful projects and maintaining client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of residential electricians
  • Plan and manage multifamily electrical projects from start to finish
  • Coordinate scheduling, manpower, materials, and project budgets
  • Ensure all work meets NEC codes, quality standards, and regulations
  • Serve as primary point of contact for clients and site personnel
  • Troubleshoot complex electrical issues and provide technical guidance
  • Enforce OSHA safety standards and conduct regular safety meetings
  • Manage tools, equipment, and material inventory
  • Maintain project documentation including permits, inspections, and work orders
  • Identify training needs and support team development

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years of supervisory experience in multifamily residential electrical
  • Strong knowledge of NEC codes and residential electrical systems
  • Proven leadership and project management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficient with project management software and digital reporting tools
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred

Qualifications

  • 4-6 years of relevant experience
  • No minimum education requirement
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without current or future need for employer sponsorship
  • Required license: Yes

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to stand, bend, kneel, climb, and walk for extended periods
  • Comfortable working on ladders, lifts, and scaffolding
  • Ability to work in tight spaces and elevated areas
  • Manual dexterity for handling tools and wiring
