About the role

The Residential Electrical Foreman supports operational excellence, maintains high-quality standards, and contributes to the successful execution of company objectives while collaborating with internal teams, customers, vendors, and field personnel.

Responsibilities

  • Perform assigned duties and responsibilities in support of departmental and company objectives.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
  • Coordinate effectively with internal departments, customers, subcontractors, and vendors as required.
  • Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reporting related to assigned responsibilities.
  • Support process improvement initiatives and operational efficiency efforts.
  • Communicate professionally and effectively both verbally and in writing.
  • Assist leadership and team members with daily operational activities.
  • Ensure quality standards and customer expectations are consistently met.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of relevant experience.
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
  • Previous experience related to Electrical Foreman responsibilities preferred.
  • Relevant industry certifications or licenses preferred and required where necessary to perform job duties.
  • Ability to pass pre-employment screenings such as background and motor vehicle record checks.
  • English speaking, reading, and writing preferred, and required where necessary to perform job duties.
  • Spanish speaking preferred.
  • Maintain professionalism and a positive, respectful demeanor with customers, coworkers, and business partners.
  • Ability to work overtime, modified schedules, or occasional weekends as business needs require.
  • Dependable transportation and consistent, reliable attendance to meet customer service and operational needs.
  • This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship or work authorization support; candidates must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without current or future need for employer sponsorship.

Physical Requirements

  • Sit, stand, walk, and use a computer for extended periods.
  • Perform hand movements, including typing and equipment operation.
  • Travel as required to support project and operational needs.
  • Stand, walk, climb ladders and stairs, kneel, bend, stoop, crouch, crawl, reach, and lift throughout the workday.
  • Sit for extended periods while driving to and between job sites.
  • Work on active job sites, indoors and outdoors, including attics, crawlspaces, and confined or elevated spaces, with exposure to varying weather, construction noise, dust, and other job site conditions.
  • Wear safety gear such as Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Communicate in person, by phone, and electronically, including on a tablet, smartphone, and other office technology.
  • Perform all work on-site and in person; this is not a remote or hybrid position.
  • Lift, carry, push, and pull at least 50 pounds.
