Schedule

• Webster Groves location
• Sunday 8AM–4PM
• Monday 8AM–4PM
• Saturday 8AM–4PM
• 24 hours weekly (fixed full-time)

Responsibilities

• Provide physical assistance with daily tasks, assist with personal hygiene, and facilitate fun activities
• Follow medical orders and administer medications
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including lifting and transferring (ceiling lifts, repositioning in wheelchairs, etc.)
• Provide adaptive transportation
• Complete shift documentation using Set-Works and perform general housekeeping
• Offer choices to clients for daily activities, entertainment, and community outings

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Successfully completes and maintains assigned driver training
• Minimum of one weekend shift per weekend
• Experience supporting individuals with disabilities or in a customer service field
• Ability to take direction and work with minimal supervision
• Ability to work professionally and cooperatively with all agency clients and personnel
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Computer proficiency
• Reliable transportation
• 5–7 days of mandatory paid training at the corporate office (Monday–Friday, 8:45 AM–4:00 PM)
