RESIDENTIAL DSP P/T, Webster Groves, (FF/F) SUN 8AM-4PM

Responsibilities

• Provide physical assistance with daily tasks
• Absorb and assist with personal hygiene
• Facilitate fun activities
• Follow medical orders and administer medications
• Assist with ADLs; lift and transfer (including ceiling lifts, repositioning in wheelchair, etc.)
• Adaptive transportation
• Shift documentation using Set-Works
• General housekeeping
• Offer choices for daily activities to provide entertainment and community outings

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• Valid Drivers’ license
• Clean Driving Record
• Successfully completes and maintains assigned drivers training
• One weekend shift per week required
• Experience supporting individuals with disabilities or in a customer service field
• Ability to take direction and work with minimal supervision
• Professional, cooperative manner with all Agency clients and personnel
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Computer proficiency

Qualifications

• Minimum of one weekend shift per week
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Five to seven days of mandatory training at corporate office
