Residential DSP-Florissant/Part-Time SUN 9A-9PM and WED 9P-9A

About the role

UCP Heartland is seeking compassionate and committed Residential DSPs (Direct Care Professionals) to support people living with disabilities in a positive, team-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical assistance with daily tasks and personal hygiene
• Facilitate fun activities and community outings
• Follow medical orders and administer medications
• Offer choices to clients for daily activities and entertainment

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Successfully complete and maintain assigned driver training
• Minimum of one weekend shift per weekend
• Experience supporting individuals with disabilities or in a customer service field
• Ability to take direction and work with minimal supervision
• Ability to work professionally and cooperatively with clients and personnel
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Computer proficiency

Schedule

• Florissant: Sunday 9 AM–9 PM
• Florissant: Wednesday 9 PM–9 AM
• 24 hours weekly

Pay

$21.00 per hour

Training

• 5–7 days of mandatory training at corporate office (Monday–Friday, 8:45 AM–4:15 PM)
