About the role
Mission Plumbing, Heating & Cooling, a Southern Home Services Company, is seeking a Residential Drain Technician to join their thriving business.
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic emergency drain services for clients
- Recommend drain and water filtration solutions to solve customers' needs
- Handle additional duties as assigned to ensure customer needs are met
Requirements
- 1+ year of Drain Tech Experience
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Great Attitude with a Dedication to Quality Work
- Customer Service Oriented
- Ability to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels
- Adaptable, flexible, and innovative team player
- Strong Troubleshooting and Critical Thinking Skills
- Professional drain clearing experience, preferably in the residential market, is desired but not required
- Must be able to work nights and weekends
Qualifications
- Lifting 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally
- Climbing ladders, accessing attics, navigating tight spaces, driving, entering crawlspaces, pushing, carrying, pulling, using hand tools, and performing fine detail work
- Able to work in various environments, including indoor and outdoor settings, attics, crawlspaces
- Able to stand, walk and sit; talk or hear, both in person and by telephone
- Use hands to handle or feel objects or controls; reach with hands and arms
- Regularly stoop, kneel, bend, and crouch
