Residential Door Technician Trainee

Overhead Door Company of Albuquerque™, a DH Pace Company, seeks mechanically inclined Residential Door Technician Trainees to assist in the service and installation of residential doors and door hardware. If you have experience with doors, door hardware, security systems, access control, glass, glazing, framing, or similar work in the residential construction industry, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities
- Install or service residential garage doors and door hardware
- Identify opportunities to provide customers with products and services
- Track and maintain job-related paperwork and submit in a timely manner
- Operate with a safety-conscious manner while performing job duties
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED (Preferred)
- Prior experience in a similar role or one requiring mechanical aptitude preferred
- Ability to safely lift up to 100 pounds
- Ability to work at heights and use a ladder
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and good driving record
