Pay: $24.00 an hour. A specific offer will vary based on applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.

Responsibilities

• Prioritizing and assigning work orders
• Issuing keys, equipment, and materials to ABM associates, contractors, and vendors
• Scheduling work to be completed with residents
• Relaying information to workers and keeping careful records of services and transactions

Requirements

• Minimum of GED or High School diploma
• Strong proficiency with computers; knowledge of Microsoft Excel is a must
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Knowledge of maintenance issues and methods of resolution
• Experience as a maintenance technician is a plus
• Organizational and clerical skills
• Excellent customer service skills
