Residential Direct Support Professional - Block Schedule
About the role
Croyle-Nielsen Therapeutic Associates is currently hiring several Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to work in a unique block schedule where you work seven (7) days straight and then have seven (7) days off. Essentially, you will work 26 weeks/year but be paid for 52, having every other week off. You’re paid a higher wage and paid to sleep! We are immediately hiring in both Somerset and Johnstown. This unique block schedule is considered full-time and makes you eligible for our full package of benefits. We’re a friendly, caring team where work feels like more than just a paycheck. Responsibilities
- Support individuals with every day activities like meals,
