Hours: 6:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Schedule: Every other weekend required

About the role

We're looking for a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to support individuals in living their most independent and fulfilling lives. No experience is required—we provide training for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with daily living activities
• Encourage independence, confidence, and personal growth
• Auxiliary with community outings, appointments, and activities
• Provide a reliable and positive presence each day

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable, operational vehicle
• Ability to pass a background check
• Caring attitude and willingness to learn
