About the role

The Residential Direct Support Professional will provide direct support services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a residential setting. Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, promoting independence, and ensuring safety and comfort.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal hygiene and grooming tasks
• Support individuals in engaging in community activities and outings
• Maintain a safe and clean living environment
• Document daily activities and progress
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities is a plus
• Ability to communicate effectively with individuals and families

Qualifications

• Passing a criminal background check
• First aid and CPR certification
• Knowledge of disability-specific supports and resources

$18.00 per hour

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
