Residential Direct Care

About the role

Triangle's Direct Care Reports to the Residential Program Manager and works part-time, 16 hours per week on Saturdays and Sundays from 10am-6pm.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to Triangle Policy and Procedures
• Aims to be a role model both within and outside Triangle
• Communicates regularly with supervisor about Department issues
• Demonstrates flexible and efficient time management and prioritizes workload
• Reports to work on time and is prepared to perform duties of position
• Maintains a positive and respectful attitude
• Maintains Triangle property in good and sanitary condition
• Attends and participates in supervision and staff meetings as scheduled
• Completes necessary documentation including Communication Log, Case Log, ROADs Charts, Daily Progress Notes, Incident Reports, Medication and Treatment Charts, Medication Occurrence Reports
• Attends and participates in training as directed
• May transport and/or accompany individuals to appointments and other community-based activities and events as needed
• Performs additional duties as assigned by the Program Manager

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• One to three months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to verbally communicate, read, analyze, interpret, and write documents
• Ability to respond to and navigate common inquiries or complaints from regulatory agencies or family members

Accomplish all tasks as appropriate

Additional duties as assigned by the Program Manager.
