About the role
We’re looking for compassionate, reliable Direct Care Professionals to support children and adults with behavioral health needs and intellectual and developmental disabilities. All services are provided using a trauma-informed care approach.
Responsibilities
- Implement individual support plans with knowledge of behavioral techniques, interventions, skill building techniques, and understanding of the emotional and behavioral needs of individuals diagnosed with developmental disabilities.
- Work as part of a supportive, professional team.
- Make observations and report them accurately.
- Learn resident care methods and follow oral and written instructions.
Requirements
- A High School Diploma or HSE.
- Past employment experience.
- A valid Montana Driver’s License.
- An acceptable driving record and criminal/protective services background check.
Qualifications
- Computer literacy skills, including navigating, recording, and basic computer skills for performance-based software and an electronic medical records system.
- Interpersonal oral and written communications skills to work as a team member.

Pay & Schedule
- Competitive pay: $17.00 - $25.00/hour (based on experience, education, and shift).
