Direct Care Professional - Residential Services

About the role

We’re looking for compassionate, reliable Direct Care Professionals to support children and adults with behavioral health needs and intellectual and developmental disabilities. All services are provided using a trauma-informed care approach.

Responsibilities

• Implement individual support plans with knowledge of behavioral techniques, interventions, skill building techniques, and understanding of the emotional and behavioral needs of individuals diagnosed with developmental disabilities.
• Work as part of a supportive, professional team.
• Make observations and report them accurately.
• Learn resident care methods and follow oral and written instructions.

Requirements

• A High School Diploma or HSE.
• Past employment experience.
• A valid Montana Driver’s License.
• An acceptable driving record and criminal/protective services background check.

Qualifications

• Computer literacy skills, including navigating, recording, and basic computer skills for performance-based software and an electronic medical records system.
• Interpersonal oral and written communications skills to work as a team member.

Pay & Schedule

• Competitive pay: $17.00 - $25.00/hour (based on experience, education, and shift).
