RESIDENTIAL COUNSELOR/RELIEF

Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily activities of participants, providing ongoing support, guidance and role modeling, on an as needed basis.
• Facilitate participant improvement in the areas of personal responsibility, social skills, community living skills and behavior.
• Must be able to take specific trainings specific to this program.
• Nights and weekends availability a must.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Humans Services or combination and/or training;
• or equivalent combination of education and experience with client population.
