About the role
Responsible for providing residential counseling services to clients in need of mental health support.
Responsibilities
- Conduct individual and group therapy sessions
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on client needs
- Maintain accurate records of client progress and communications
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, or related field
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation
- Experience working with individuals with mental health challenges
- Passing scores on relevant background checks and drug screenings
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and active listening abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
