About the role
NFI North is seeking a Residential Counselor for its Stetson Ranch program. This position serves youth aged 10–20 who are facing life challenges.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a safe and supportive environment for participants
- Supervise residents
- Crisis intervention
- Case management/advocacy
- All related documentation
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services or a related field is preferred
- Equivalent experience is also acceptable
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Ability to assume and delegate responsibilities and exercise decision making
