Responsibilities
- Supervise the daily activities of participants, providing ongoing support, guidance and role modeling.
- Facilitate participant improvement in the areas of personal responsibility, social skills, medication monitoring and administration, community living skills and behavior.
- Assist in facilitating groups and providing transportation to medical appointments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and/or two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience with participant population.
