Residential Counselor

Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily activities of participants, providing ongoing support, guidance and role modeling.
• Facilitate participant improvement in the areas of personal responsibility, social skills, medication monitoring and administration, community living skills and behavior.
• Assist in facilitating groups and providing transportation to medical appointments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and/or two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience with participant population.

• 2nd shift positions, Wednesday – Saturday shift and Sunday – Wednesday shift.
