About the role
We are seeking a FT Residential Counselor 3-11 (Tuesday-Saturday) to join our team at our program in CRRs in Delaware County. This role is full time that will rotate as needed to cover open shifts.
Responsibilities
- Assist with nutrition, housekeeping, budgeting, hygiene, self-care, home safety, social interaction, exercise, health management, and vocational tasks
- Transport residents to appointments and outings
- Implement appropriate parts of each resident's goal plan as instructed by the treatment team or supervisor
- Report the resident's progress to the appropriate clinician
- Cover open shifts as needed
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required
- Must have a valid driver's license with a clean record
- One year of mental health experience with adults preferred
Pay
Earn $18.75 an hour with the selection of enhanced pay.
