Residential Counselor - 2nd Shift Children's Program

About the role

Responsible for providing residential counseling services to children in a program setting.

Responsibilities

• Counsel and support children in a therapeutic environment
• Implement evidence-based interventions to promote emotional and behavioral health
• Collaborate with other professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all relevant policies and procedures

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in child counseling or social work
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

• Excellent communication skills
• Passion for working with children and families
