The Residential Construction Superintendent oversees all aspects of residential construction projects, ensuring adherence to quality standards and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
• Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and subcontractors to resolve issues and maintain project progress.
• Manage project budgets and resources efficiently.
• Perform site inspections to monitor work quality and safety.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in construction projects.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
