Responsible for overseeing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring quality standards are met and deadlines are adhered to.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project timelines and budgets
• Manage subcontractors and vendors
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to implement design specifications
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address issues
• Communicate effectively with clients to maintain project scope and expectations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field
• Minimum 5 years of construction management experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license
• Passing score on a background check
