Key Responsibilities
- Cook up pre-construction planning sessions and production strategies
- Support trade workflow and sequencing (Parade of Trades)
- Develop operational plans, work batches, and daily crew assignments
- Aid with Weekly Work Plans, Look-Ahead Schedules, and production boards
- Conduct Before Action and After Action Reviews
- Analyze variances and identify root causes impacting production
- Support project teams with on-site training and PMS implementation
- Capture lessons learned and support continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Experience: 5–10 years of commercial and/or water plant construction
- Focus: Continuous improvement and waste reduction
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Plan Grid, Primavera P6, budget software, project management software; CAD or SketchUp a plus
