About the role

A leading residential construction company is seeking an Estimator to coordinate and lead their field team. The ideal candidate will create and implement project and bid strategies by analyzing proposals and historical cost data to help develop new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Attend bid meetings and develop and execute bid strategy
• Prepare thorough and timely cost analysis
• Analyze project proposals to prepare budget and cost estimate
• Gather, update, and review cost data

Requirements

• Residential construction estimating experience on all projects in any aspect of the build
• 5 years of experience estimating projects or relevant field experience
• Experience in ERP systems
• Estimating software experience
• Ability to work with a team as well as individually
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management
