About the role

We are seeking an experienced estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creating detailed pricing breakdowns for high end single family residential renovation projects in west LA, with a focus on interior finishes.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed pricing breakdowns for high end single family residential renovation projects in west LA, with a focus on interior finishes.
• Work closely with project managers and clients to understand project scope and requirements.
• Develop cost estimates that align with project budgets and client expectations.
• Collaborate with architects, designers, and contractors to ensure accurate pricing and project feasibility.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in residential construction estimating.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for cost analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Experience with high-end residential renovation projects.
• Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in construction estimating.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
