Residential Clinical Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and administrative oversight and program direction, in collaboration with the management team
• Provide various outpatient SUD & Mental Health services with the goal of patient recovery
• Conduct intakes and monitor individual, group, and family therapies
• Develop service plans and conduct reviews as needed throughout the duration of treatment
• Provide SUD & Mental Health assessments, counseling, referrals, and intervention services
• Complete and maintain documentation according to federal and state guidelines
• Complete any additional tasks needed to provide quality services to clients
• Provide clinical direction and supervision to the clinical and administrative staff to ensure that quality services to clients, families, and referral sources are provided
• Responsible for the oversight of intake department operations internally and in coordination with referral sources
• Monitor DHS licensing requirements to ensure agency integrity and develop and maintain documentation
• Direct and assist clear communication with billing and insurance claims and referral sources
• Provide treatment planning, coordination and collaboration with outside providers, clear discharge planning, and staffing with medical and psychiatric care, when appropriate
• Supervise clinical and administrative staff to ensure all DHS requirements, when applicable, are being met
• Represent WisHope as part of the management team at training, meetings, and other community events

Qualifications

• Must have LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or CSAC
