About the role

Ashland Cleaning, LLC is a leading provider of residential and commercial cleaning services dedicated to maintaining safe and pristine environments for businesses throughout Ashland, Ohio. Our team is committed to high standards of cleanliness and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning duties which include sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and restroom disinfection.
• Ensure all areas are cleaned to the standards set by Ashland Cleaning.
• Handle cleaning supplies and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Report issues or potential hazards to the supervisor.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures.
• Ability to work independently or as a team.

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
• Physical ability to lift heavy objects and withstand repetitive motions.
• Reliable transportation to job sites is highly preferred.
• Comfortable working in homes with pets, as clients may have dogs, cats, or other animals present during scheduled cleanings.

Employment Details

• Position Type: Part-Time
• Hours: 2-6 hour shifts.
• Compensation: $14.00 per hour starting wage
