Responsible for maintaining and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential properties. This includes diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and ensuring systems operate efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair HVAC systems
- Perform preventive maintenance checks
- Communicate with clients regarding service status and next steps
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Experience in HVAC maintenance preferred
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Qualifications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good physical condition to perform manual labor
- Knowledge of HVAC systems and troubleshooting techniques
Skills
