About The Role

As a Residential Carpet and Floor Care Technician, you'll provide professional cleaning and restoration services for homeowners while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Every day offers something different as you restore carpets, upholstery, tile, grout, and other flooring surfaces using specialized equipment and proven cleaning methods. You'll work directly with customers, educate them on available services, and help maintain the high standards that have earned our company an outstanding local reputation.

What You'll Do

• Clean and restore residential carpet, upholstery, tile, grout, area rugs, and other flooring surfaces using professional equipment and techniques.
• Evaluate flooring conditions, recommend appropriate cleaning solutions, operate specialized extraction and restoration equipment, and ensure every project is completed safely and efficiently.
• Maintain company vehicles and equipment, accurately document completed work, communicate professionally with homeowners, and consistently deliver exceptional workmanship and customer service.

Compensation And Benefits

• Starting hourly pay of $22.00-$27.00, depending on experience
• Performance bonuses, commissions, and incentive opportunities
• Many technicians earn $25.00-$40.00+ per hour

What We're Looking For

Previous carpet cleaning or floor care experience is helpful but not required because we provide comprehensive training. Candidates with backgrounds in restoration, construction, warehouse operations, landscaping, moving, maintenance, auto detailing, HVAC, plumbing, or other hands-on trades are encouraged to apply.
