Licensed Architect (Residential Design-Build) Lead architectural production for custom homes, remodels, and renovations. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and coordinate with internal project teams to ensure designs align with project goals and requirements. Key Responsibilities Oversee architectural deliverables from design through construction.Coordinate client communication and collaborate with contractors and consultants.Prepare and manage permit submissions and related documentation.Ensure projects meet applicable codes, standards, and design specifications.Mentor and guide junior staff to support quality and workflow efficiency.Manage multiple projects concurrently while maintaining accuracy and accountability. Qualifications & Skills Licensed architect with proven residential design-build experience.Strong knowledge of building codes, permitting processes, and construction documentation.Excellent coordination, communication, and client-facing skills.Ability to lead production efforts and manage multiple active projects.Demonstrated capability mentoring team members and maintaining high-quality outputs.
