Residential and Community Support Professional

Role: Direct Support Professional within the Healthcare & Medical Services, Community & Social Services team. Responsibilities Provide person-centered support to individuals with developmental disabilities, brain injuries, and other needs.Assist with daily living activities, personal care, transportation, and community engagement.Follow individualized care plans to ensure proper support.Document progress and support behavior and safety plans.Collaborate with families and care teams to optimize care quality.
