What You'll Do
- Facilitate assessments and treatment planning for survivors.
- Support access to legal, medical, housing, and counseling services.
- Provide consistent and compassionate transportation to appointments, work, and community resources.
- Document services in our secure database and attend all required meetings and trainings.
- Be available for flexible shifts, including weekends, overnights, and holidays.
What You Bring
- A Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Criminology, or a related behavioral science, or relevant lived or work experience.
- Experience in trauma-informed environments and/or working with sex trafficking survivors.
- Cross-cultural competence and the ability to meet survivors where they are.
- A commitment to ongoing education in trauma, substance abuse, and survivor support.
- A clean driving record and willingness to travel locally.

Work Schedule & Environment
- Must be flexible and available for overnight, weekend, and holiday shifts on a weekly basis.
- Moderate travel and physical activity required.
- The work environment is generally quiet to moderate in noise level.
