What You'll Do

  • Facilitate assessments and treatment planning for survivors.
  • Support access to legal, medical, housing, and counseling services.
  • Provide consistent and compassionate transportation to appointments, work, and community resources.
  • Document services in our secure database and attend all required meetings and trainings.
  • Be available for flexible shifts, including weekends, overnights, and holidays.

What You Bring

  • A Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Criminology, or a related behavioral science, or relevant lived or work experience.
  • Experience in trauma-informed environments and/or working with sex trafficking survivors.
  • Cross-cultural competence and the ability to meet survivors where they are.
  • A commitment to ongoing education in trauma, substance abuse, and survivor support.
  • A clean driving record and willingness to travel locally.

Work Schedule & Environment

  • Must be flexible and available for overnight, weekend, and holiday shifts on a weekly basis.
  • Moderate travel and physical activity required.
  • The work environment is generally quiet to moderate in noise level.
