Residential Advisor-Summer

About the Role

EF, the world’s leading educational travel provider with over 55 years of experience, is seeking a Residential Advisor for Summer 2027. In this role, you will ensure the smooth running of the residence, providing high-level customer service and student satisfaction. Housing is provided and required for this position. All applicants must be age 21 or older.

Responsibilities

• Planning and managing student arrivals and departures.
• Ensuring accommodation meets high standards of quality, cleanliness, and comfort.
• Monitoring cafeteria flow and student behavior during dining hours.
• Overseeing general student welfare and discipline.
• Responding to problems and emergency situations as needed.
• Sharing after-hours, on-call duties on a rotational basis.
• Assisting with daily student activities on campus as required.

Qualifications

• Organized with a high level of attention to detail.
• Capable of using your own initiative.
• Right to live and work in the country of employment.
• Complete fluency in English.
• Age 21 or older, due to the nature of working with minors.

Pay

$17.00-$21.00 / hour (based on experience)
