Resident Transport Driver

About the Role

We're looking for a CNA-certified Driver who can safely transport our residents while also understanding exactly what they need—because you've been in the trenches. This isn't just "driving a van." This is caring, awareness, compassion, and knowing how to pivot when a resident says, "I'm fine" (but you know better).

Responsibilities

• Transporting residents to appointments safely and calmly
• Assisting residents as needed (because CNA experience is essential)
• Communicating with nursing staff like a pro
• Representing The Lodge at Red Rocks with professionalism, kindness, and just the right amount of personality

Requirements

• Active CNA certification (required, required, required)
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility preferred
• Compassion, patience, and reliability
• Ability to balance professionalism with warmth
