Job Requirements
- Support Residents with Structure, Safety, and Respect
- Care for daily living expectations, chores, program participation, and compliance with facility rules.
- Maintain accurate shift documentation, incident reports, resident logs, and other required records.
- Collaborate with case managers, clinicians, and service providers to support individualized care plans.
- Monitor the facility for maintenance, cleanliness, safety, and operational concerns.
- Respond to crises and protect resident safety.
