Resident Solution Architect - US
About the role
As a Resident Solution Architect (U.S.), you'll serve as a dedicated technical partner to Immuta's customers across multiple industries. You'll guide customers through implementation, configuration, and adoption of Immuta's platform—helping them achieve governance, compliance, and performance objectives across cloud and hybrid data ecosystems. This is a hands-on, consultative role that blends technical delivery with strategic advisory. You'll collaborate closely with Customer Success Managers, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure every customer realizes measurable business value from their investment in Immuta.

Core responsibilities
- Lead onboarding, configuration, and deployment of Immuta within customer environments across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Architect and implement secure, scalable data access and governance solutions tailored to customer requirements.
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor for data platform, security, and compliance teams throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Develop and deliver proofs of concept (PoCs) and reference architectures that accelerate customer adoption and success that showcase Immuta's business and technical value.
- Configure and integrate Immuta with modern data platforms, catalogs, and IDM tools—including Snowflake, Databricks, and BigQuery.
- Collaborate with Customer Success and Sales Engineering teams to define technical success plans and ensure continuity from onboarding to expansion.
- Provide actionable feedback from field engagements to Product and Engineering to shape product roadmap and usability improvements.
- Develop technical collateral, implementation guides, and enablement resources.
- Partner with customers on an ongoing basis to optimize performance, scalability, and compliance.
- Contribute to internal and external knowledge sharing through documentation, enablement materials, and customer-facing best practices.
Required experience
- Experience: 5+ years in technical consulting, solutions architecture, or data engineering within SaaS or enterprise software environments.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of cloud data architectures, governance frameworks, and compliance requirements.
- Platform Knowledge: Hands-on experience with Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, and major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), including data catalog and IDM tools.
- Collaboration: Proven success working cross-functionally with technical and business stakeholders to drive customer outcomes.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to analyze complex technical concepts and translate them into business terms for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
