Our Resident Services Coordinators are passionate, organized, and compassionate towards residents.
Responsibilities
- Organizing, implementing and evaluating the Social Services program to meet the psycho‑social needs of residents
- Conducting resident assessments
- Maintaining resident records
- Linking residents to the specific supportive services they need to continue living independently in the community
- Assessing resident needs based on admission social services history, health, psychological and social needs
