Responsibilities
- Answer all incoming company calls
- Aid residents with maintenance requests
- Track and order office supplies
- Cook up and down the move-in and move-out processes
- Cook up and down the NSF and collection processes
- Open and close the office each day
- Promote high-quality communication between residents, owners, and the company
Pay
$18 - $20 per hour depending on experience
