About the Role

The Springs at Greer Gardens is seeking a Full-Time Resident Services Coordinator to support our Assisted Living team. The RSC serves as a key connection point between residents, families, caregivers, medication technicians, and leadership. This role requires someone who is organized, communicative, compassionate, and comfortable leading in a fast-paced senior living environment.

The RSC should be comfortable providing floor coverage when needed, including 8-hour shifts and occasional overnight coverage. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who is willing to roll up their sleeves, support their team, and step in alongside them when the community needs it.
