About the role
This role is part-time initially but we hope to grow our services to support a full-time position. The Resident Services Coordinator assists Adult Day Service clients with engaging activities, light ADLs, meal-time assistance, medication assistance, and general oversight and supervision.
Responsibilities
- Assists Adult Day Service clients with engaging activities
- Provides light ADLs such as toileting and personal hygiene
- Assists with meal-time and medication assistance
- Oversees and supervises clients
- Supports in-home services for independent residents
- Can include assistance with showers, minor ADLs, laundry, housekeeping, technology assistance, pet care, and companion care
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Valid Driver's License required
- Pass a background check with fingerprinting
- Able to provide reliable transportation
- Has assistance with Medications certification
- At least 1 year of caregiving experience (preferred with dementia-care)
- Excellent organizational and customer service skills
- CNA licensure preferred
